The item you are bidding on is a slightly used Jackson JS-Series Randy Rhoads body style Electric Guitar. It is in good condition. Has some very slight scratches on the back of the body body. Great playing with low action. Frets and neck are in good condition.  Has two Jackson humbuckers.

SHIPPING DAMAGES & RETURN POLICY

All of our items are professionally packaged by UPS. It is very rare that an item is damaged in shipping when packaged by them. In the unfortunate event that you receive your item in a condition that greatly differs from the pictures in the auction; please contact us immediately at (770)924-2452. Do not send the item back! We will help you obtain a Return Authorization Shipping Label from UPS so that you are not charged to send the item back to us. All items that we sell are meticulously photographed and catalogued before leaving our store. In the event that shipping damages occur, we can usually get a claim settled in as little as two to three days. We will expedite a UPS claim and subsequent investigation. Upon receipt from UPS that they have picked up the item from you, we will gladly refund your costs directly back to your PayPal account. CLPBrokers is committed to our customers' satisfaction.

In the event that you receive an item that does not function as described in the auction; please contact us via eBay's email system or at the phone number listed above within 3 days of receipt of the item and describe the issue.

If we determine that a refund is warranted, we will issue a return authorization number with instructions regarding return shipping. It is incumbent upon the buyer to bear any costs of return shipping. Returns are only accepted on items that do not function according to their intended mechanical design or as described in auction description.
