Jackson Guitars

I had this guitar built for me a couple of years ago. The build was mostly because I fell in love with this body and not because I needed the guitar. That explains why it has seen almost no use and I need to pay for a new amp so it must go. 

The guitar was professionally build and set-up by my local luthier and it plays like a dream. No expense was spared here. The build cost is easily $1400. The body is a Warmoth showcase body done by them. The guitar is completely flawless in every way.

The top is a paint on flamed maple finish in a teal green color and the work is flawless. 

The body is a Strat style swamp ash  body with a gloss black finish

The neck is a one-off showcase neck made of mahogany with 24 jumbo frets and alternating fret markers to look like the classic Kramer Nightswan. The neck is bound in white and has a black graphite nut and a reverse Jackson style headstock. Note You cannot buy a bound 24 fret neck from Warmoth anymore. The neck has a hand rubbed satin polyurethane finish on the back.

The Pickup is a Genesis Mr. Browney with classic EVH tone.

The Bridge is is a Gotoh-Wilkinson tremolo in satin

The Tuners are Locking Sprezels with custom pearl buttons. The tuners are staggered so no tree is needed.

The Control knob is a Hipshot satin to match the tremolo

The Neck plate includes a pad for finish protection.

The Output jack is a deep barrel Switchcraft

I bought a case for it from Musicians Friend. It is a hard shell case with keys and it is mint.
