Jackson Guitars

Up for auction is my killer vintage Charvel Jackson with a JT6 Floyd Rose tremolo, maple neck with medium jumbo frets, rosewood fingerboard and alder body. This guitar is wrapped in snake skin, it's not a factory paint job. The body was sent to California in 1990-91 by the previous owner and wrapped by Jim Costas, Jim was Ed Roman's Luthier back in the day, the seams are on the side not the top. The axe is an '87 custom order Model 3 that was upgraded with a model 4 Sharkfin mother of pearl inlaid neck. Serial number is 311427. It was made at the legendary Chushin Gakki factory in Japan. The humbucker is a Seymour Duncan 59 with chrome cover, I have the original Jackson humbucker and will include it when I ship. The guitar plays and sounds great. I loved owning this guitar and hate to be selling it, one of those unique things that makes people say WOW! There are a couple of small nicks in the headstock by the 6th string tuner, pic 4 shows a gap in the snakeskin where it was T seamed on the side of the guitar, the strap covers this when I play, the seam is 20 years old, it's solid and isn't going anywhere. Other than the guitar is in great shape for its age, some minor discoloration to some of the hardware here and there but that's about all I could find that needs attention.
